🔁 1. No Refund on Product Purchase

All purchases made on the Future Pays platform are final and non-refundable. Each member receives a physical product (T-shirt) as part of their ₹999 activation. Since this includes delivery of a tangible good, no refund will be issued once the product has been dispatched.

💼 2. Digital Access is Included

The customer receives access to our referral-based earning dashboard.
Access to the Global Pool structure is granted.

These are digital benefits bundled with the product, hence non-reversible once used.

🚫 3. Ineligibility for Refund

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

Change of mind after purchase.
Delay in delivery due to logistics or incorrect address.
Lack of earnings from referrals or Global Pool.
Account termination due to misuse or policy violations.

📮 4. Product Delivery Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer:

A replacement at no extra charge OR
A voucher for future use (if stock is unavailable)

🔐 5. Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to withhold any refund or replacement if there is evidence of:

Misuse of referral system
Duplicate accounts
Fake or bulk orders
